Just remember these five rules:
- Consult a physician prior to starting any exercise program.
- Listen to your body. This is not a competition; this is only a challenge.
- Remember that each day of the challenge is suppose to build upon each other
- Select your level: Level 1 is 4 sets/seconds. Level 2 is 6 sets/seconds. Level 3 is 8 sets/seconds. Level 4 is 12 sets/seconds.
- Go back to Rule #2.
