The image on the left was the 30 year old me.  The image on the right is the soon to be 40 year old me. Several things have changed while several things have remained the same. This next chapter is about having a conversation while getting F.I.T. - Finding Inner Truth.


What has my truth been and what will my truth be?  These are questions that I will seek answers to over the next 365 days and you are invited to join me on this journey.  In the process, you might discover your own truth. If so, I would love to hear about it!!!

  • Make it Happen Monday - How am I working towards my next chapter goals? It is my goal to compete as a fitness model in the 40+ category this year.  In order to do so, I better start meal planning and being held accountable.  

  • Trans4mation Tuesday - What are my four basic rules to live by AND a weekly picture of how I am physically transforming my body with only four pieces of equipment.   This ties in closely with Make it Happen Monday.

  • Window Seat Wednesday - Everyday I see people transforming their lives while making a commitment to improve their health and well-being.  On this day, I will write about their successes.  When one succeeds we all succeed!  Together, we are MAKIN' MOVES!

  • Think About it Thursday - Has anyone ever asked you a question that made you totally shutdown and start a serious introspection?  Well, I don't plan on always being that deep; but, I will ask you to think about YOUR goals on this particular day.  Remember, as I'm asking you, I'm also asking myself!!

  • Feel Good Friday -  This will be the shortest blog of the week because it's date night!  Need I say more?



  • Seed Saturday - Whether we know it or not, every single day seeds are planted in our lives.  I will attempt to plant a seed in yours to help frame your wellness journey.  Sometimes, it is nice to take a dose of your own medicine!



  • Sit Still Sunday - Have you ever just stopped and sat still?  If not, you should really try it.  It takes a lot of control to still your mind and when you do beautiful things can happen.  On this day, we will see what happens when I still my mind. Don't laugh; during the first 90 days my mind may be seeing chocolate chip cookies and bread!!!!



The journey begins Sunday, December 14, 2014.  Pack your bags, clear your schedule and let's see how far we can go.
