Today is Sit Still Sunday
Last night, I reached the breaking point of guilt. French fries pushed me over the edge! After digesting these delicious distractions, I was ashamed of my weakness.
For the last three weeks, I have openly shared that it is my goal to compete as a fitness model at "some point" in 2015. The "some point" was the problem. I never put the full action behind my words until last night.
When you sit still long enough, you are able to acknowledge your weaknesses and put plans in motion to achieve your goals. Sitting still is still MAKIN' MOVES.
So, on this Sit Still Sunday, I challenge you to acknowledge what is hindering you from achieving YOUR health and wellness goals. Once you identify it, make changes to overcome it! Do you accept?
