Here are four basic steps to help transform the world:
1. Wake up and give thanks for another day. 2. Offer a stranger a kind word or service. 3. Always have a mint or gum in your possession. (Foul breath ain't cute!!) 4. Don't be afraid to be vulnerable. This picture is a perfect example of number 4. I have never in my now 40 years of life, taken this kind of picture and posted it for the world to see. I'm on a mission, ya! I'm going to physically and mentally change me. One of my goals for 2015 is to compete as a fitness model in the 40 and up category. Here are the B4 photos.
