Four basic steps to help transform the world....
- Wake up and give thanks for another day.
- Take a long bath or shower.
- Smile at yourself in the mirror.
- Accept that your journey won't always be perfect.
Number 4 is very difficult for me because of my eating habits.
For the last nine days, I have been trying to change my eating habits in order to be in tip top shape for my fitness model competition in June. Unfortunately, five of the last nine days have been less than successful.
With this failure comes a new desire to try again. To try a different approach that has the potential to yield better results. This journey is about trial and error. Stay tuned each week as my personal transformation evolves.
So, on this Trans4mation Tuesday, I challenge you to not give up on yourself or your journey just because it's difficult. Do you accept?
